What is special about your field of activity?
My field of work in the After Sales Services department is very diversified and involves new and unpredictable challenges every day. In my job in the spare parts area at CP Pumpen, I have direct customer contact and deal with the concerns of our global customers. I really appreciate the fact that the entire team works great together in terms of speed and flexibility. We ensure quick clarifications and short response times and are happy when our customers are satisfied.

What makes CP Pumpen an attractive employer for you?
I can rely on all employees and can count on their support. We live a company philosophy in which a culture of mistakes is not a taboo. I have learned a lot, when things have not been going so smoothly. CP Pumpen is an extremely flexible employer when it comes to short-term adjustments to vacation requests or changes in work assignments. I find the friendly way of dealing with each other and the generous consideration for the employees very valuable.

What is the most valuable advice you have received so far?
If a mistake happens, take responsibility for it and don't blame others. Especially when it comes to customer relationships, honesty is an important trust factor.

What was the best decision you made in your professional career?
I already completed my apprenticeship as a commercial employee at CP and it was a good decision to stay on after that. I really like the department of internal sales with the responsibility for spare parts and I decided to work in the appropriate sector. CP had made a few suggestions to me in which I was given a vote in the selection. From today's perspective, I am in the right place and the decision was the right one.

What special experience during work or during a CP event do you remember most and why?
The CP events are fun and there is always some entertainment. For example, at the Christmas dinner last December, there was a magician who did some fascinating card tricks.

Which people inspire you?
I have high regard for people who come from difficult backgrounds, such as experiencing war or escaping a country, and build a life from nothing that allows them to be more comfortable. People who don't let themselves be distracted by obstacles in their way and persistently follow their dreams.

How do you relax from work?
To switch off, I visit the fitness center several times a week and do some endurance training. Otherwise, I also like to watch a movie on Netflix once in a while and let myself be entertained.
