CP-Pumpen supplies its products considering the strictest safety requirements and the highest possible efficiency.

The pumping applications in the plant used to close the phosphorus cycle are diverse and demanding. CP Pumps, with its extensive product range, can serve a wide variety of these applications. This is particularly true thanks to the unique inverted drive principle of the metallic magnetically coupled MKP pump.

With the ceramic pump ET, designed for abrasive solid loads, the respective challenges of fluid transport were controlled.

In areas where chemical attack is to be expected and metallic pumps are unsuitable, CP-Pumpen has considered its magnetically coupled, PFA-lined MKPL pump and its EB pump equipped with a double-acting mechanical seal as pump solutions.

These pumps will ensure the realization of the Ash2Phos plant.
Ash2Phos technology enables the on-site production of clean and safe calcium phosphate, suitable for both conventional and organic farming, as well as for use as feed phosphate.

Important aspects of the Ash2®Phos. process:

1. Phosphorus recovery: The goal of this process is to efficiently recover phosphorus from waste materials to return it to the nutrient cycle, thus reducing dependence on fossil phosphorus sources.
2. Environmental protection: The process helps minimize the negative environmental impacts of phosphorus mining and processing by converting waste into valuable raw materials.
3. Resource conservation: Since phosphorus is used not only as fertilizer in agriculture but also in many industrial processes, this process contributes to resource conservation and promotes sustainability.
