Insight into the business world of CP Pump Systems for young talents!

Firstly Simon Bolliger presented the company in a theoretical part and then welcomed the students of the Cantonal School Zofingen for a tour through the company. The CEO of CP personally guided the students through the company and explained the processes based on the original design of a centrifugal pump. It is used to pump hazardous liquids – especially in companies in the chemical industry. This is CP’s core competence.

Simon Bolliger also explains the tasks and responsibilities of a CEO and CFO in a company. This closes the circle to the project week. The aim of this project week is to show the students the economic context and to combine theory with practice. The students use a business game to manage a fictitious company and are faced with having to make challenging decisions in role plays. They receive support from experts from the business world.
