Short delivery times for magnetic drive pumps – a long-term strategy even in times of bottlenecks and supply chain disruptions!

“The satisfaction of our customers is close to our hearts and is part of our daily mindset and actions!” says Simon Bolliger, CEO of CP Pump Systems. “We drive a long-term oriented strategy with values like safety, reliability and flexibility. This is not about one-off actions, but about a system that is focused on fast delivery and high spare parts availability.”

Especially in the current challenging times it is essential to stay on the set course, and that is what we are doing! Our high-tech centrifugal pumps can pump challenging liquids such as acid, alkali, chlorine, liquid sulfur or solvents in chemical process plants. It is our core competence to support our customers with highly safe, hermetically sealed and efficient centrifugal pumps, which we develop and produce in Switzerland – since 1948. “Safe pump technology – to protect people, environment and investment.”

Component availability is known to depend on various factors: order and stock levels, production rhythm, delivery time of suppliers for pre- and semifinished products and of course likewise the availabilities on the raw materials market; to name just a few.

“A good example of fast delivery time is when the customer can install the CP magnetic drive pump at his site after only a few working days from the order!” Long before the market demanded “just-in-time delivery,” CP had already put customer satisfaction first and recognized the added value of short delivery times. Contrary to any advice from economists and consultants who classified CP’s inventory as dead capital, it was worth holding on to real values. So there is no question that high inventories currently have great advantages and create security. “Together with our customers, we look forward to continuing to provide short lead times.”
