Recognising the potential of entrepreneurship to support CP’s growth, we seek to cultivate a culture of entrepreneurial thinking. This we do in a number of ways: by integrating entrepreneurship into remuneration systems, with a management style that encourages risk-taking and through corporate campaigns.

Through our work in a sustainable company committed to producing energy efficient pumps designed to achieve sustainable environmental improvements in our customers’ fluid handling systems, we nurture a culture that is aware of the uniqueness of our environment.

CP builds confidence in green actions, such as saving energy, reducing, reusing and recycling emissions or waste and raising consciousness of climate change.
