CP offers pumps with magnetic coupling, with double mechanical seals as well as canned motor pumps.

Magnetic coupling pumpsMagnetic drive pumps are made without a shaft seal: the axial force is transmitted with a permanent magnetic synchronous coupling (magnetic drive). This sealless design has tremendous advantages in all industries in which leaking liquids are to be avoided with all means. This is why the magnetic coupled pump is CP’s standard shaft sealing, considered necessary in most industrial processes today. These pumps are available: MKP, MKP-Bio, MKP-S, MKPL, MKPL-S, MSKP, MSKP-S, MSKPP, MSKS, SZMK, MKPP, MKTP, ED.

Double mechanical sealsDouble mechanical seal pumps are made with a double mechanical sealing system on the drive shaft. The first seal is sealing between the pumped liquid and the buffer liquid, while the second seal is sealing between the buffer liquid and the atmosphere. If one of the two seals breaks, the second seal usually still functional is aimed to guarantee that there is no pumped liquid leakage. This design has many advantages in industries in which dangerous and corrosive liquids contain high amounts of abrasive solids. |

Canned motor pumpsCanned motor pumps are made without a shaft seal: The pump’s motor is enclosed within a casing along with the pump itself so that the motor bearings are lubricated by the same liquid that is being pumped. This sealless design has remarkable advantages in industries in which sealless magnetic coupled pumps are not considered sufficiently safe anymore. These pumps are available: ... |
