Additional Arrangements
|
CP offers pumps in horizontal, vertical, console, centre support (HT), inline or sump pump arrangements.
|
|
Horizontal Arrangement
- Pump and motor are forming a compact unit
- Simple design, only few parts; no bearing pedestal or driver coupling required
- No maintenance of the bearing lubrication resp. driver coupling required
- Easy erection and installation, no alignement required
- Space saving
- Ideally suitable for arrangement on stilts, without foundation
- Ideally suitable for magnetic driven sealless pumps
- Due to process design the motor can be removed without opening the pump
These pumps are available: MKP, MKP-Bio, MKP-S, MKPL, MKPL-S, MSKP, MSKP-S, MSKPP, MSKS
|

|
Vertical Arrangement
- Space saving
- Provides the possibility to empty the pump completely through the suction nozzle
- No slurry sump in the pump casing
- No imbalance when starting
- Ideally suitable for slurry and melt
- Close coupled or frame mounted drive are available
These pumps are available: MKP, MKP-Bio
|

|
Console Arrangement
- Extremely flexible arrangement possible (horizontally, vertically, lateral on a wall)
- Optimal insulation possibility at the pump
- No heat transfer from pump to baseplate by the pump casing feet
- Due to centerline support no temperature-dependent shift of the pump axle and lowest temperature-dependent piping forces
- Ideally suitable for pumping of heat transfer fluids and cooling brines
- Close coupled or frame mounted drive are available
These pumps are available: MKP
|

|
Centre Support Arrangement (HT)
- High temperature executions allow use of magnetic driven sealless pumps at operating temperatures up to 350°C
- Ideally suited to pump heat transfer fluids
- High-temperature pumps are equipped with a build-in fan to cool the magnetic coupling and to prevent the bearing pedestal from overheating
- High-temperature pumps are constructed with a central support to compensate dimensional expansion of the pump casing caused by temperature changes
- Pump casing is executed without feet to improve insulation application
These pumps are available: MKP
|
 |
Inline Arrangement
- Suction and discharge flange are arranged in one line (In-line)
- Easy erection and installation
- Space saving
- Close coupled drive, pump and motor are forming a compact unit
- Simple design, only few parts; no bearing pedestal or driver coupling required
- No maintenance of the bearing lubrication resp. driver coupling required
- On smaller pumps it is possible to line up "on the fly" without further support
- Due to process design the motor can be removed without opening the pump
These pumps are available: MKP, SZMK, MKPP
|

|
Sump Pump Arrangement
- Ideally suitable for storage tanks without bottom drain
- Available as sealless magnetic driven pump or with shaft seal
- Column length up to 4 m
- Can be combined with injector to form a tank unloading system used for discharge of larger containers
These pumps are available: MKTP
