MSKPP - Solid plastic (PTFE/carbon, PTFE virginal or PVDF) magnetic drive peripheral pump

Back to Product Guide

Description

This sealless leak-free peripheral pump is produced from carbonfilled PTFE solid bar stock material.

The pump offers internal and external corrosion resistant on all wetted parts. With carbon filled PTFE, there will be no electrostatic charge on the plastic parts.

The pump is constructed with thick section components eliminating the risk of diffusion and giving high security containment of the pumped product.

This pump model is often used for injection processes because this is a low flow and high head characteristic. The pump is used to handle hazardous, corrosive, toxic and inflammable fluids.

  • Corrosion resistant, hermetically tight peripheral pump made of fluorinated material PTFE, PFA or PVDF for liquids up to 25% gas content
  • Solid plastic construction and material selection generate a high diffusion protection
  • Design pressure up to PN 16 and vacuum resistance up to high temperatures allow a wide application range
  • Very robust construction
  • Generously large dimensioned, massive and operationally safe bearings made from pure SSIC withstand highest stresses
  • Pump operates with lowest wear due to axial and radial SSIC bearing
  • Striking of impeller on casing or plain bearing bracket is eliminated
  • Non-sensitive to wrong turning direction
  • Non-metallic, eddy current free shrouds reduce the power requirement
  • Safety pins prevent damage of shroud
  • Close coupled or frame mounted drive are available
  • Manifold accesories for different requirements available
