ZMP - Metallic double mechanical seal pump, crushing/mixing/pumping machine

This is a multi-purpose machine with three distinct functions:

1. Mixing

2. Crushing

3. Pumping

Within the pump casing, inplace of a standard impeller, there is mounted a diagonal toothed rotor. Rotation of the rotor generates a pumping action and at the same time a tumbling/mixing motion within the casing.

In addition to pumping and mixing action the main function is crushing. For this purpose the rotor as well as the segments/screens are toothed. As the rotor rotates, this generates a crushing action of the solids in the pump fluid.The pump model ZMP has an excellent crushing action, which can at the same time mix and pump the product.

Typical applications: Paint pigments, PVC Granulate, Bitumen, Pharmaceutical and General Chemical applications.
