As about two-thirds of the electricity used in industry is consumed by motor systems and pumping systems account for an estimated 25% of this electrical motor consumption, they hold tremendous energy and cost savings potential. Helping our customers to realise this potential is our mission – and that’s where you can help us! At CP, we strongly believe that our energy efficient sealless magnetic drive pumps can bring about the kind of change we want to see. In the face of increasing CO2 credit trading and rising electricity prices, pump applications are a great way for many companies to start lowering costs and emissions by improving their energy efficiency. After all, our pumping systems do help to significantly reduce energy consumption in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological and chemical industries. CP produces all its pumps in Zofingen, Switzerland, exporting them to more than 30 countries worldwide, with the number growing every year. Over 80% of our total sales are generated outside Switzerland. CP is still small enough so that each person can truly make a difference and have an individual impact.
