CP goes "green": New corporate identity enhances strategic focus

Sustainable management and energy efficient pump applications will continue to help customers to reduce their plant life cycle costs.

CP is dedicated to continually achieving sustainable environmental improvements in its customers’ fluid handling systems. Especially in chemical and pharmaceutical plants where pump safety is critical to guarantee a secure environment, the benefits of reduced costs from energy efficient pump applications can add even more value for plant owners.

For this reason, CP has decided to further strengthen its message in the industrial market by going “green”. CP’s corporate reshaping is taking place in several stages, the first being a completely redesigned website. “Our new website should help us increase transparency for customers, new talent, journalists and all other stakeholders alike”, says Thomas Wuersch, Marketing & Sales Director. “Most important for the redesign was the ability to provide relevant information as fast as possible and to present content in an attractive manner.”

The new website is just one of the measures that will follow over the next two years. As a second step, CP will redesign its logo to reflect the new identity. Third, all exhibition and marketing materials will be updated accordingly to further underpin the communication of the new brand strategy. The entire rebranding process will be completed in June 2012, in time for the 30th ACHEMA World Exhibition Congress on Chemical Engineering, Environmental Protection and Biotechnology being held in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
